  You may upgrade your seat by paying the difference in price when the exchange is made. If the concert you choose to exchange into is a higher priced performance, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price. We will contact you via phone if an additional payment is needed for your new tickets. Exchanges will not be finalized and tickets will not be mailed if we are not able to secure the balance prior to your performance.
